The current board president said at the March 2024 monthly meeting that, “I got on the board because of a deed restriction violation, and I don’t understand the deed restriction violation process.” Former board members who served with her in 2023 can attest that she does not believe in deed restrictions. That became clear when she asked the same questions over and over again and those questions were answered over and over again.
Four new board members were elected in 2024. None had any HOA board experience. It’s clear that there is no understanding of what processes were in place with the deed restrictions and collection processes and no attempt has been made to learn what was in place.
One announced at the May monthly meeting that “…we are having to rebuild everything.” Why?
